Introduction

Mint Building Services was entrusted with key mechanical and plumbing installations at the newly refurbished Pullman Singapore Orchard. Situated atop the bustling Knightsbridge Shopping Centre and in the heart of Singapore's famous Orchard Road shopping strip, this project marked the introduction of the Pullman Hotel brand in Singapore. Mint's contributions were integral to enhancing the hotel's luxurious standards and operational efficiency.

Creating the right environment

Mint Building Services handled the air conditioning, mechanical ventilation (ACMV), and plumbing installations across several critical areas of the hotel, including main circulation spaces, the lobby, restaurants, and kitchens. This project required significant re-purposing of existing spaces to accommodate the creation of new guest suites, demanding flexibility and innovative solutions to ensure the integration of systems maintained the hotel's aesthetic and functional objectives.
