Introduction
Located at the prestigious Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2, Moomoo SG’s new 15,000 sq ft office space serves as a hub for their team to deliver cutting-edge research and trading tools to users globally. Moomoo SG, a renowned global investment platform, required a workspace that not only fosters innovation but also supports their seamless day-to-day operations in the highly dynamic financial sector.
Mint Building Services, along with S&techs, was tasked with ensuring that the new office meets the high demands of Moomoo SG’s fast-paced environment. This project was about more than just creating a functional workspace; it was about designing an environment where precision, efficiency, and innovation intersect.
The project
Mint Building Services provided full MEPF (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) design and installation services for Moomoo SG’s office. Key features include a dynamic lighting system in the reception’s feature wall, designed to mimic the movement of trading candles, and trading desks crafted to optimise the work environment.
The office also includes an open plan workspace, an 18-pax boardroom, and a modern pantry, all tailored to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Each system—from electrical installations to fire protection—was carefully implemented to meet the demands of this cutting-edge financial operation, ensuring that the office functions at its best for Moomoo SG’s global mission.
